Friday Morning Flow — Yoga for Women
Join us on the mat for Friday Morning Flow, a women-only yoga session designed to awaken your body and ground your mind. Led by Carly, this beginner-to-intermediate flow invites you to stretch, move, and reset before the day unfolds.
After class, linger awhile—connect with fellow creative women, sip tea, swap stories, or open your laptop and settle into the studio’s peaceful rhythm. Lunch delivery options will be available if you decide to stay and work from our space.
Family Yoga: Mindful Connection for Kids & Grown-Ups
Our Kid-Friendly Family Yoga is a monthly 45-minute class designed to nurture connection, mindfulness, and positive self-care for both kids and their grown-ups.
Through gentle movement, playful poses, and mindful techniques, this class offers a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect—perfect for navigating busy weeks with calm and joy. Children and caregivers will leave the mat feeling grounded, connected, and ready to carry mindfulness into their daily lives.
