Jill is a yoga instructor who completed her 200-hour RYT certification through the Chopra Center in 2024 and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She has been practicing yoga for over ten years and loves sharing the grounding, joyful benefits it brings both on and off the mat. Originally from Queens, NY, Jill has made Denver her home for the past seven years. When she’s not teaching or practicing, you can often find her rollerblading, mountain biking, skiing, or making music—always exploring new ways to move and connect with the world around her.
Carly is a born and raised New Yorker, who flew the coop and relocated to Denver just in time for the pandemic. She received her Masters degree in Wellness Psychology from Columbia University’s Spirituality Mind Body Institute in 2018, where her hunger for existential truths and the science of mind-body connection were both satiated and challenged. Professionally, Carly’s experience is vast and colorful - having worked in clinical settings, a 42-acre farm in NYC, and most recently as Creative Operations Manager at Chopra (Dr. Deepak Chopra’s Global Wellness Brand) where she supported in the curation of high-touch, immersive, luxury wellness retreats.
Carly completed her 200-HR Yoga Teacher Training from Chopra & Yoga Alliance in October 2024, which provided a truly unique and holistic perspective on Yogic & Ayurvedic Philosophy. She teaches weekly community classes at her condominium building to practitioners of all ages and experience levels, with a special focus on creating an inclusive and safe space for LGBTQ+ practitioners.
Her style is grounding, exploratory, and low on judgement (but high on props). Whether you’re craving expansion, introspection, or just an hour away from your screens, Carly offers a supportive space to tune out and drop in. Outside of yoga, Carly enjoys spending time with her partner Jillian, pet-sitting around town, hunting for treasures at thrift shops, catching live comedy, and dreaming up never-ending renovations for her quirky 1960s condo.
