How do I care for my items?
We attempt to include as much information as we can in our product pages, especially if an item is dishwasher or laundry safe. For leather goods, please see the leather section below.
How should I care for leather items?
Most of the leather items we carry should be wiped with a non-abrasive soft cloth as needed. To avoid staining the leather, take care to wipe spills as soon as they happen with a damp, non-abrasive soft cloth. Do not soak leather in water or use abrasive cleaners! Products made using Edelman EDGE Stain Release can be wiped with damp cloths or stronger sanitizing wipes.
What kind of leather do you use?
Each product page includes as much detail about the item as possible. For our leather goods, that also includes the type of leather and treatments, if applicable. All of our leather is certified ethical leather, meaning it’s sourced and treated using sustainable and environmentally-sound tanning methods.
Leather is sustainable?
Indeed! Unlike fake leather fabrics that are petroleum-based plastics, animal leather is 100% biodegradable and post-consumer recyclable. We are proud to partner with Edelman, industry leaders who have, for decades, put the environment at the heart of their business practice. Edelman sources leathers only from food industry by-products and never from places without ethical labor standards. The products we make with those leathers can be easily cared for to last a lifetime (or longer).
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! All of the products from Kaci Head Luxury Leather Accessories, including non-leather items like napkins, are made in-house. We would love to work with you! Please email us at hello@growsasitgoes.com to connect on next steps.
Returns
How do I return something?
We are only able to accept returns if the wrong product was shipped to you or if your purchase was damaged in transit. Please contact us at hello@growsasitgoes.com within seven (7) days of delivery to initiate an exchange and receive a return shipping label.
How do I get a refund?
We are unable to give refunds but we can offer exchanges if the wrong product was shipped to you or if your purchase was damaged in transit. Please reach out to us with questions.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my items?
We process all orders within two (2) business days of purchase. After that, you’ll receive a confirmation with shipping details. Your order may experience shipping delays once processed by the carrier. Please allow up to three (3) weeks for made to order items.
Can I expedite my order?
We work to fulfil your orders as quickly as possible but we are unable to expedite orders at this time. Items that are in stock will ship within three (3) business days. We have chosen specifically to work with the United States Postal Service as our shipper in part because the USPS is one of the largest employers of veterans and disabled veterans. We ask for your patience to ensure both quality and help support the postal service.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your items have shipped.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are set by USPS and are calculated at checkout. Shipping and processing fee covers all aspects of packaging, shipping, and delivery of your order.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Guam. International shipping and shipping to U.S. military bases overseas is not currently available. All packages are shipped from our headquarters in Denver, Colorado.
